$750.00/month includes full hookups: water, sewer, electric, trash, THREE person limit.

All prices, rates and recognized events are subject to change. Discounts may not be combined.
Weekly and monthly visitations coinciding with a special event will be pro-rated at the respective event rate.
Check-out time is 12:00 pm Noon.
Check-in time is 12:30 pm
For late check-ins guests are given via text/email/phone conversation gate code for entrance.
Check outs after 12 NOON will be assessed a $10.00 fee for every hour until 3:00 pm. If you would like a late check out (if available) please inform the front desk and a charge of $10/per hour will be assessed. Any late check-outs beyond 3:00 pm will be assessed at the current nightly rate with no discounts.
IF SAME DAY Reservations are made by you online, then they must be done that day by 4:30p.m.
Reservations made the same day as arrival require payment in full at time of booking and are non-refundable.
No refunds for special events i.e. Mardi Gras, French Quarter Festival, Halloween, New Years
Guests may incur a $10.00 administrative fee for changing reservation dates.
By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing Three Oaks and a Pine the right to bill your credit card for any unpaid balance, costs accrued & damaged property not paid at the time of departure.
